Dr. Randy De Witt a higher education leader that has extensive experience helping institutions develop innovative programs of study, including stackable degrees, certificate programs, massive open online courses (MOOCs), and industry partnerships and student/industry incubators.

Randy has provided expertise in designing curriculum, marketing strategies, and innovative social media for many respected companies including the Bose Corporation, Prestige Audi, Fender Musical Instruments, CareerSource South Florida, 11th Judicial Court, Barry University, DeVry Education Group, Music Educators National Conference, Miami Dade College, and the government of the Dominican Republic, to mention a few.

As a consultant and leader, he offers broad-based solutions in organizational growth, faculty professional development, recruiting, teaching and learning, academic quality, and emerging educational technologies.

Dr. Tim Harrington, is a serial higher education entrepreneur and innovator. As an evangelist for student success, Harrington has worked in curriculum design bringing emerging industries the likes of animation, visual FX, and digital media production into the education space. Harrington has led national instructional design initiatives for game art, game and simulation programming, and multimedia driven by input from broad industry perspectives and interests.

As learner demands and industry requirements evolve, Harrington has also worked with innovation groups, mentored software development startups, guided learning organizations on evaluation, identification, adoption, implementation, and assessment of emerging technologies to support teaching and learning success, and institutional effectiveness. Tim holds a doctorate in higher education leadership and continues his research in game theory in decision-making and social learning. He lives in Prescott, Arizona where free time is spent remodeling a log cabin home, hiking, photography, and building connected communities.

Dr. RG Ghattas is a specialist in Business Administration and specializes in project management, having served as senior professor at the undergraduate and masters level.

RG serves as an international consultant in architectural, financial and project management services to the construction industry world-wide, specializing in highly efficient, green construction products and methodologies, serving the Elderly Care market as well as the housing and office park markets.

He has extensive experience in developing and managing capstone experiences in higher education, faculty communication, faculty professional development, and team based learning.
